Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer the following purchase options through our store:

Language Courses (online and in-person)
Physical Educational Materials (such as textbooks)
Digital Products (including PDF exam materials and course documents)
Monthly Subscription Services (access to regularly provided course notes and exam materials)

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Customers may cancel their enrollment in a language course up to 5 (five) days before the scheduled course start date.

In such cases, all payments will be refunded except for a non-refundable €100 registration and administrative fee.
Cancellation requests made less than 5 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of digital content:

All sales of digital products are final.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted once the purchase is completed.

For subscription-based services:

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.

For physical educational materials:

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The item is unused, and
- The item is not damaged by the customer.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. We reserve the right to returns that do not meet these conditions.
