Refund & Return Policy

General
This policy applies to all purchases made through our store, including language courses, digital products, physical products, and subscription services. Refund conditions vary depending on the type of product or service.
🎓 Language Courses
Language courses may be canceled up to 5 days before the scheduled start date.
- In such cases, all payments will be refunded except for a non-refundable €100 registration and administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
📄 Digital Products
For digital products (such as PDF materials):
- All sales are final.
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds are provided after purchase.
🔁 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
📦 Physical Products
For physical products:
- Return requests can be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, and
- In their original condition
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund.
