These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online classes, digital products, and all services provided by UCLASS ACADEMY  (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

UCLASS ACADEMY provides the following services:
• Online or in-person German, Turkish, Spanish, Italian and English lessons (1:1 or 2-person classes)
• Digital exam products and test simulations
• PDF learning materials and study guides
• Educational consulting services
• Course packages and language learning programs

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain services.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious or fraudulent activity.

3. Payments & Pricing
• All payments must be made using the methods and currencies listed on our website.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Access to services begins only after successful payment.
• Some courses may require recurring payments or scheduled installments.

Transactions processed through third-party payment providers are additionally governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Digital Products & Usage Rights

All digital items (PDFs, exams, downloadable content) are licensed for personal use only.

Users may not:
• Copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce materials
• Share access with third parties
• Upload materials publicly or commercially

All copyrights remain the property of UCLASS ACADEMY.

6. Class Access & Scheduling
• Online classes take place according to the timetable shared with the student.
• Teachers may be changed or reassigned if necessary.
• Missed classes by the student are not refundable or replaceable unless otherwise stated in the course description.
• UCLASS reserves the right to modify schedules if required.

7. Exam Products
• Once a digital exam is delivered or accessed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Exam access is non-transferable.
• Evaluation results are final and cannot be altered.

8. Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate service access if:
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• The Terms or policies are violated
• System security is compromised

We reserve the right to permanently block access if necessary.

9. Chargebacks (Disputes)

Chargeback requests made through a bank or card issuer are formally contested by UCLASS ACADEMY.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
• Permanent account closure
• Cancellation of remaining lessons or services
• Legal or collection procedures, if applicable

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, texts, graphics, course content, digital materials, and media on the website are the property of UCLASS ACADEMY.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

UCLASS ACADEMY is not responsible for:
• Issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or software
• Third-party payment system outages
• Technical interruptions beyond our control
• Incorrect information submitted by the user

Our services are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted access.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely for service delivery.
We never sell or share user data with unauthorized third parties.

13. Currency & Payment Processing

UClass Academy operates as a UAE & Luxembourg-registered entity.

While prices may be displayed in EUR, certain payment methods process transactions in AED. Customers acknowledge and accept that the charged amount may appear in AED depending on the selected payment provider.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates – Emirate of Dubai. & Luxembourg
